Mark Golliday
Executive Director
Mark Golliday brings years of leadership and dedication to senior living. As the original Executive Director of our sister community, Clarendale of St. Peters, he helped create a thriving, service-driven community before continuing his leadership with Life Care Services in Chicago. Now, he’s excited to return home to St. Louis and bring his expertise to Clarendale Clayton.
With a distinguished military career and nearly two decades in senior living, Mark is known for building warm, welcoming communities where residents feel supported and engaged. A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Missouri, he is committed to ensuring exceptional care and enriching experiences for every resident.

Fherryl Hannah
Associate Executive Director
Fherryl Hannah brings a strong background in hospitality management and long-term care administration to her role at Clarendale Clayton, where she is committed to creating a warm, connected, and resident-focused community.
Drawn to Clarendale Clayton for its emphasis on hospitality and high-quality care, Fherryl believes exceptional service starts with an engaged team. She prioritizes staff training, ongoing recognition, and continuous improvement to ensure both residents and team members feel supported and valued.
Fherryl’s leadership is rooted in relationship building, operational efficiency, and a strong sense of belonging. She makes it a point to know each resident by name and foster connections that make the community feel like home.
